Hello please forgive me for not being in touch sooner there has been so much going on and I have really not felt like doing much writing.

I have however joined Facebook so I will add the link to my list of contents so that you can all go and view the real me! and some of my family members.

I have been recouperating for a very bad virul infection and the pains were not shall we say pleasant at all.I spent a few days in hospital and am still trying to last a whole day with out having to lay down for an hour.

It's is coming to that time in the day where I feel listless and so hot, but I will keep going as I have so much news to share with you.

I have been doing some indepth reading and also dipped back into my 'therapy' books as I call them, the type of books that uplift me and give me a purpose to motivate my life beyond the panic attacks and beyond the fear i have been experiencing.

I am so glad my son has taken time off from his job as his back is really bad and pulling a muscle is the most painful thing ever and being as tall as he is,and being a groundsman and gardener he needs to keep his back strong.

As for my daughter well I am proud to say she has now been promoted to do a secondment of a deputy manager for the next ten months while one of her colleagues is on maternity leave.

My grandson is just ten months old and very very active and I am so very pleased that we got to spend time with him. He is as I write this asleeep in his cot in with my son, Daddy and son having an afternoon nap !

I have recently been having some ideas on what to do with my life as it is right now and I feel I am ready for a change, without deflecting from my spiritual work.

I have decided that I need to be more active but as my own boss and possibly travelling abroad., this will be to do some spiritual meetings with a view to coming back and continuing my work here but then still travelling abroad.

I have been talking with a friend in Australia and she is prepared to assist in organising a trip out there some time later in the year.

I would be most thrilled to do this but first I need to raise enough funds to last and to have venues booked to keep me busy.

I am already in the proceeds of searching for flights and we are going to discuss how we would arrange having people around.

So this is my plan in my head for now. I am just hoping my confidence stays in the NOW so that I can make the step to booking and travelling for 40 something hours to get there.

I am going to be going places I promise. I am definitely going to New York maybe next May some time.
