My truest friends are I feel are those who seem to reach out when I least expect it.
My heart feels their hands of thought reach to me and hold me close….
There always seems to be a reason why we become close friends
Why we turn to those
We know somehow will be able to guide us along the path of their knowledge.
There will always seem to be a wonderful piece of news we need to share with someone
And you can feel their love and their inner smile no matter what….
The friend who will always be able to feel your tears as,
They hear you cry if you are not close
Knowing that you can hear their heart sob with you…..
There will always be a place of peace and refuge in the friend who says
I am here shall I come up to visit ? But you know they have already got
The journey planned and could be at your door before you put down the phone…
