To heal a broken heart

Its coming round to that time of year yesterday my 'niece' Dawn has been passed three years and tomorrow my friend Jo has been gone three years. Both far too young to leave the earth plain. Both needed by God's side.

My heart ache has been kept in check as I went on holiday with my daughter and her best friend. My trip away was truly amazing and we did so much sight seeing. We did some reflective visits too at the World Trade Centre site.

I even got chance to sit quietly a few times and just listen to the world go by.

My heart aches now as I recollect the smiles and the laughter produced by the two very vibrant young women, I can see it in their children.

My heart will always aches for all those who have lost somebody young and so loved,  that they realise that love is eternal and love keeps us connected in spirit as well as in heart and soul.

Justice is something we all question at some time in our lives.. so is it just that our friends younger than us pass and leave us; not to see what we have...

Is it just that our friends and those we love understand our pain and heartache but only wants us to remember the good times and their love...

Is it just that we have a huge overwhelming ache that seems to overtake our rationale...

is it just that all we want is the physical presence right there in front of us.. to hold, to say all the things we want to say.... Sit and say them anyway...

It is there in that time the spirit of the love we have for the soul shows true.. our answers are given to us in our dreams and spiritual encounters ....

My heart aches as I realise how humble I have become to see that true love is  something we learn to enhance.. to realise our knowledge of love is all that is true.

My heart is still broken but the crevise is slowly healing but only minutely, as I share the love of those I call friends and family will I become strong and supported....

love and light Always
